ZappyRewards is operated by Gramo. This page explains what data we collect when you use this website (www.zappyrewards.com) and the ZappyRewards application (app.zappyrewards.com), and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: when you sign up as an admin, we store your email, name, and a hashed password.
- Program data: the loyalty programs you create, including their settings, rewards, and participants.
- Participant data: when your customers join one of your programs, we store the identifiers you provide (e.g. email) and their reward balances.
- Wallet data: for on-chain programs we generate and custody an Algorand wallet per participant; only the public address is stored linked to the participant.
- Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps of logins and key actions, for security and analytics.
2. How we use it
We use this data to (a) provide the service you signed up for, (b) keep your account secure, (c) communicate transactional messages (confirmations, receipts, security alerts), and (d) improve the product. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the providers we need to run the service — email delivery, payment processing, hosting (Hetzner), and the Algorand network for on-chain transactions. We do not share data with advertisers.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@gramo.io. We will respond within 30 days.
5. On-chain transparency
For programs that use on-chain tokens, transactions are recorded on the public Algorand blockchain and are therefore visible to anyone. We do not publish identifying information on-chain — only wallet addresses and token amounts.
