Welcome to ZappyRewards. By creating an account on app.zappyrewards.com you agree to these terms. ZappyRewards is operated by Gramo.
1. The service
ZappyRewards lets you (the admin) create and operate loyalty programs based on either off-chain points stored in our database or on-chain tokens (Algorand Standard Assets) issued on the Algorand blockchain. The exact features available depend on your subscription tier.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- Honour the rewards you publish to your customers — ZappyRewards records and tracks balances, but the obligation to deliver the reward is yours.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not use the service to run illegal schemes, money-laundering operations, or anything resembling a security under your local financial regulations.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Free demo programs are limited in duration and scope. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. On-chain tokens
On-chain programs issue real Algorand Standard Assets owned by your participants. Once minted and distributed, those tokens exist on the Algorand blockchain independently of ZappyRewards. We provide custody and transaction tooling but make no warranty about the market value of any token.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. On termination we will give you a reasonable window to export your data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gramo's liability for any claim arising from your use of ZappyRewards is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
